Investigating: Check-in App Login Errors

We're aware of an issue where the check-in app is returning error messages and preventing logins. Our team is investigating. As a temporary workaround, please use the browser check-in experience on mobile via v3. We'll share updates as soon as we have more information.

To use check-in from your mobile device's web browser or desktop browser:

  1. Login at https://app3.rsvpify.com/login
  2. In the main menu, click Check-in
  3. Click Start Checking In
